Case Study on Our Mandarin Export to Russia

Russia stands as a significant market, particularly with its increased demand for citrus fruits during the winter months. As Ekol Organik, to evaluate the potential in this market and offer the freshest Mediterranean tangerines to Russian consumers, we collaborated with "RosAgroCitrus," one of Russia's leading fruit importers.

Our Satsuma and Clementine tangerines, grown with the unique advantages offered by the Mediterranean climate, were carefully harvested at the peak of their ripeness. Selected and packaged in accordance with quality standards, our tangerines were shipped to various regions of Russia via cold chain logistics.

Thanks to RosAgroCitrus's effective distribution channels, our tangerines reached consumers in markets across many major cities, especially Moscow. The interest shown by Russian consumers in aromatic and juicy Turkish tangerines crowned the success of this export operation. This project made a significant contribution to strengthening Ekol Organik's presence in the Russian market and increasing the international competitiveness of Turkish citrus fruits.
